OXYPİNK PROBUThe OxyPink model is a highly innovative tool, capable of Measure the concentration of oxygen present in the combustion gas starting from ambient temperatures, up to very high temperatures (1250°C). It is the only fully ceramic self-heated probe and with sensor on the tip, which can be installed directly in the process with the same ease as a thermocouple and with a very high degree of resistance to corrosion. The primary signals related to oxygen and temperature are transferred with simple conductors to the conversion module specially designed ADV222 model, which transforms them into signals 4-20 mA isolated linear analogues with high resolution. The tool integrates an internal heating system, which allows the probe to provide Oxygen measurement already at room temperature. Ready to measure in 10 Minutes before first turning it on and always ready to measure for its entirety operational life. Main characteristics of the probe: • Sensor and CT (type B) housed inside the probe • Inner tube in special sintered alumina added with oxides (Pink-technology) • Flanged external tube for installation and protection in special alumina sintered added with oxides (PINK-technology) • Application of a special filter on the internal electrode to protect the sensor • Possibility to recondition the two platinum electrodes in order to reduce drastically the repair costs. • Need for a minimum reference flow (with air tools) • 1/8” F IN for reference air and calibration on the butt fusion. • Possibility to carry out the calibration check directly on site without removing the probe from its working position
